Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; currently enrolled college students are welcome to apply.
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- A reliable home internet connection is required if remote work is applicable.
