Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Support facility cleanliness and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
