Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during evening and weekend hours.
- Process incoming orders and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
- Perform basic physical tasks such as stocking and organizing warehouse areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
