Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with expert knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and order accuracy
- Manage station cleanliness and maintain high standards of table presentation
- Upsell premium beverages and signature dishes to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- CA Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
