Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening hours
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak rushes
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and host teams seamlessly
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience required
- TX Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency

- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
