Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations using our booking system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare nightly reports and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera/Micros preferred)

- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions
