Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all food handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional coffee preparation experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of espresso brewing, latte art, and specialty coffee methods
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
