Responsibilities
- Execute artisanal coffee preparation with precision and creativity
- Mentor junior baristas on advanced techniques and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory and quality control for premium coffee beans and equipment
- Develop seasonal specialty menus featuring local Hawaiian ingredients
- Oversee daily operations during peak hours
- Train staff on sustainable sourcing practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume hospitality settings
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bean origins
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification required
- Experience with high-end espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco)
