Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to food safety and health code regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
