Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized guest records and reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Prepare daily reports and maintain lobby cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
