Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient support and administrative services during evening/night hours
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless patient care continuity

- Maintain sterile environments and equipment readiness
- Process insurance claims and billing documentation
- Support telehealth services during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/HHA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation for flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
