Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate evening service operations across multiple client sites
- Respond to urgent client requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform routine site inspections and safety compliance checks
- Manage shift documentation and incident reporting procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Utilize digital dispatch systems for real-time task management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client proprietary information
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening/overnight shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed
- Pass background and drug screening requirements
