Responsibilities
- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment during evening/night shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and in-person interactions
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
