Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks using proper inventory protocols
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with precision and attention to detail
- Execute product rotation (FIFO) to maintain freshness and quality standards
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Maintain organized, clutter-free stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts reliably
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
