Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, racks, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight and day teams for seamless store operations
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Reliable transportation to 456 Sunrise Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication abilities
- No prior experience required – paid training provided!
- Must pass background check and drug screening
