Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in accordance with store standards
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas during early morning hours
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4 AM start time preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
