Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assistance during evening hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for resort guests
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve evening beverages and light bites
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Evening availability (4 PM - 12 PM, weekends required)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling proficiency
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Knowledge of Miami tourism a plus
