Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services to resort guests during evening hours (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with valet operations and luggage handling during peak check-in times
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and inventory of supplies
- Upsell resort amenities and special events to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Proficient in basic computer systems and POS software
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Valid Nevada driver's license (for valet operations)
