Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage reservation systems and handle payment processing with accuracy
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby areas and common spaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process cash transactions and balance nightly reports
- Assist with valet services during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license (for vaifleet support)
