Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage guest check-ins and check-out procedures efficiently
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in all public areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown during weekend functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years of age
