Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues following company protocols
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in bi-weekly evening training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred; training provided
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evening environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexible availability between 5 PM - 11 PM (20-25 hrs/week)
