Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during evening shifts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and organize the sales floor to ensure product availability.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a cash register.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
