Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly, professional tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality metrics.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email and web browsers.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
