Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Accurately document all interactions and update customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity during shift handovers.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to management to improve service quality.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
