Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately using our state-of-the-art retail systems.
- Stocking & Merchandising: Maintain inventory levels by unloading deliveries, organizing shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for safety hazards and assist in minimizing shrinkage through vigilant observation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and make simple calculations accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
