Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and manage inventory.
- Stock Management: Unpack shipments, organize stockrooms, and ensure products are ready for sale.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
