Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Perform regular price changes, markdowns, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work area throughout your shift.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with the morning crew to prepare the store for opening.
- Adhere to all company safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
