Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and racks to meet daily inventory targets.
- Organize aisles and display areas to ensure a clean, customer-friendly shopping experience.
- Remove damaged, expired, or out-of-stock items from the sales floor.
- Perform accurate price checks and update signage as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and lifting techniques.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure optimal product placement and visual appeal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising standards.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a standard background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for price and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on various surfaces.
