Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, espresso drinks, and seasonal menu items
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, authentic New Orleans flair
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Efficiently manage POS transactions and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and food handling standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure evening environments
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Louisiana food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
