Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages and artisanal pastries with precision and speed
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm interactions and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation across all service areas and equipment
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while handling cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless operations during peak evening hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of premium coffee beans and supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience strongly preferred
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and passion for hospitality
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to/from evening shifts in Manhattan
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
