Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by organizing displays and keeping shelves stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform basic inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
