As an Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers leave satisfied. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain appealing visual displays.
- Assist with closing duties, including cash balancing and inventory counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
