Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise during slow periods to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a welcoming and organized store environment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
