Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining visual standards.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries, process returns, and address complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
