Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and rotated (FIFO method)
- Maintain organized and efficient stockroom conditions
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist with store opening procedures including safety checks
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
