Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments during early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom conditions
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store preparation
- Adhere to all food safety and OSHA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Valid Florida driver's license (for warehouse equipment operation)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
