Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming inventory shipments accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves, racks, and display areas according to planogram specifications
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO protocols
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas at all times
- Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stock rotation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
