Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
