Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 2-4 dogs per outing using proper leash techniques
- Provide timely updates to pet owners via photo/video reports
- Maintain strict adherence to client care instructions and safety protocols
- Track pet behavior, health, and exercise duration in our mobile app
- Clean up after pets and ensure public areas remain pristine
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as requested by owners
- Build trust-based relationships with both pets and their humans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable insured vehicle
- Current pet first/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Clean background check and positive references required
