Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in residential and park settings
- Provide personalized care including feeding, medication administration, and playtime
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior and owner communications
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Build strong relationships with pet owners and their furry companions
- Attend paid training sessions on animal behavior and first aid
- Manage scheduling and route optimization efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Passion for animal welfare and handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Certification in pet first aid (provided during training)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
