Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of TechFlow Solutions, ensuring our clients receive top-tier assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain resume-building experience in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat.Diagnose and resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the internal knowledge base.Collaborate with the technical engineering team to escalate and resolve recurring issues.Assist in the development of FAQs and self-help resources for new users.Monitor system performance and report bugs or glitches to the development team.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (fresh graduates welcome).Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some weekend availability.Passion for technology and a desire to learn new software systems quickly.Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
