Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
