Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to weekend customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process incoming orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with basic inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to relay critical weekend updates.
- Handle routine administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
