Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the Heartland Commerce brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
