What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Onboard new clients and conduct product training sessions to ensure adoption.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to drive product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics regarding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new accounts.
- Document client feedback and feature requests.
- Escalate critical technical issues to the engineering team.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with key accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
