Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information with a smile.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
