- Assist with inventory management and product restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with basic computer applications and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
