Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store transitions
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM daily
- Consistent attendance and punctuality record
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Drive location
