Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Manage inventory through stock counts, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized displays
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- 6+ months retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
