Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism
- Resolve patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Update and maintain client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Cleveland location
